How to Un-Stuck yourself

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Have you ever felt stuck? Stuck in any way? For instance, stuck in your marriage, stuck in your business, stuck in quicksand with no idea what to do? As have I sister. I have been feeling so stuck in my business. Stuck in a way where it has been slow-moving lately because I’m not focusing on my personal business. I have a problem of focusing on everyone else, and helping everyone, and never giving myself time to DO me! Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my team, and they are one of my Why’s, but this “stuck,” feeling is a “me” issue and no one else’s fault! So, it’s up to me to fix it.

Now, working with my healer, seer, and massage therapist, (diligently for the last year) we have really been focusing lately on what I am putting out to the Universe, and the Law of Attraction. I’ve come to realize that I am just stuck and CAUGHT UP in a lot of stuff. My massage therapist recommended an energy clearer, to come to my home and clear the whole house of bad energy. She was an opportunity to go a different direction and open my eyes to what else may be causing this “stuckedness.” Boy, did she open my eyes!

Sometimes, we human beings, get caught up in our head and never move forward. You know what? I took a step back, looked from the outside, and evaluated what I want out of my business now, versus 4 years ago, and what I want for my future. And, I am ecstatic at the different directions my primary business is taking me, from speaking engagements to writing my own book. These both hold so much importance and accomplishment for me. Believe it or not, all of these go above and beyond of anything I had pictured for my future. The Universe really has gifted me with a future I did not think possible, and didn’t come until I was well into my forties!

This is the challenge I leave with you. Are you caught up? Caught up in drama? (Hello! That’s me!) Caught up in people that don’t value you? I try as hard as possible to not get stuck in these situations, from both a personal and professional standpoint. I also have a habit of saying Yes to EVERYBODY! I feel this is both a flaw and a gift, but saying yes too much to things that you don’t hold value in, is damaging. It was really wonderful getting to sit with this woman as she clears my home, as she asks me one of the most important questions, ever…”Toni, you’ve got to learn how to say No. How many things are you caught up in, that isn’t serving you?” And, I thought Oh my god, she’s so right! She said, “As much as you think you bless and release, and let go…You really don’t.” That is another thing. I am a gripper. I hold on so tight to things that don’t matter or situations that just don’t serve my well-being. Then, I get wrapped up in those people/situations, and I just can’t figure out why I’m stuck.

Today, I make a commitment to myself. I’m very blunt I’m very honest, I despise beating around the bush. And, you know what? I love to drink wine, I like to cuss, and I’m not going to try and be somebody who I’m not. Nor, will I give any apologies for doing so. I’m going to start being the Real Toni again, and love it.

This is me.
